I am a Canadian lawyer located in Canada’s largest city, Toronto, Ontario. I have over ten years of experience as a lawyer having been called to the Bar in the Caribbean in 1999 and to the Ontario Bar in 2009. Prior to being called to the bar in Ontario, I articled at the Toronto law firm of Beard Winter. After completing my articles, I immediately commenced my practice.
Over the years, I have practiced in many areas in the field of law including business, real estate, corporate law. I have also practiced offshore banking law and trust law. As an articling student, I practiced insurance defence and commercial litigation.
My current practice is focused primarily on civil and commercial litigation.
I provide litigation services to a wide range of clients, both local and international in civil. Many of my clients own small businesses who, for one reason or the other, find themselves heading to court.
